Returns and Exchanges Policy

At NUR., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Returns
– You may return unused, unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nurofficial.com.
– Customers will be responsible for their returns shipments and cost.
Refunds
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
– Note that taxes, customs, and initial shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
– If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@nurofficial.com, and we will send our courier to pick it up, free of charge.
– Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item.
Exceptions
– Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Dubai Special Service
For our clients based in Dubai, we offer a unique service to enhance your shopping experience. You can order your piece online and have our driver deliver it to your location. The driver will wait for up to 40 minutes to allow you to try the piece on.
On-Spot Decision
– During the 40-minute window, you can try the piece on and decide on the spot whether you would like to keep it or return it.
– If you decide to keep the piece, you can make the payment directly to the driver, who will provide you with a receipt.
– If you decide to return the piece, simply hand it back to the driver, and no charges will be applied.
This service is available only for clients based in Dubai and is subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to schedule your delivery and try-on session.
Important Note: We don’t offer any alterations for the pieces.
